Buylo

B2B Electronics Marketplace

Terms & Conditions

Baseline platform terms for using Buylo.

These terms summarize the expected operating rules for businesses using the platform. They are written to reflect the current product model in this repository and should be adapted with formal legal review before public deployment.

Use of the platform

Buylo is intended for legitimate business use in supported marketplace workflows. Access may be limited, reviewed, suspended, or revoked where misuse, false representation, or policy violations are detected.

Account responsibility

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of onboarding information, the behavior of authorized users on their account, and any activity performed through their credentials or connected business profile.

Verification and compliance

Marketplace access may depend on successful completion of KYC, GST or business verification, and any operational review required by Buylo administrators. Approval is not guaranteed solely by application submission.

Transactions and disputes

Escrow, payment, shipping, invoice, and dispute processes must follow the platform workflow where enabled. Buylo may review transaction evidence and enforce marketplace rules, but each business remains responsible for its own lawful commercial conduct.

Acceptable conduct

Users must not abuse communication tools, bypass trust controls, misrepresent goods, interfere with platform operations, attempt fraud, or use the service in violation of applicable law or contractual restrictions.

Changes and legal review

These terms should be treated as a draft operational baseline for the current repository. They should be finalized with deployment-specific legal review before external publication or broad commercial rollout.
